By purchasing artwork, prints, or commissioning artwork through this website, you agree to the following terms.
Artwork & Product Information
Every effort is made to accurately represent artwork through photography and digital images. However, colors may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings and device displays.
Original paintings are handmade and may contain natural variations that are part of the artistic process and not considered defects.
Sales & Commissions
Please review all artwork details, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Commissioned artwork is created through an individualized process and is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. The artist reserves the right to decline commission requests at her discretion.
Returns & Damaged Artwork
All sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Natalie Rafeedie within three (3) days of delivery and include clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. Damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered at the artist's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Natalie Rafeedie and are protected by copyright law.
The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Natalie Rafeedie retains all copyrights to original and commissioned artwork and reserves the right to reproduce artwork for prints, promotional materials, portfolio use, social media, exhibitions, and other business purposes.

Payment information is processed through Wix's secure payment providers and is not stored directly by the artist.
Personal information collected through this website will only be used to process orders, respond to inquiries, provide customer service, and communicate regarding purchases or commissions. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process transactions or fulfill orders.
