**Please note**

​If your commission is inspired by music and synesthesia, please note that each song can only be translated into one original painting. Once a song has been interpreted and painted, it will no longer be available for future commissions. This ensures that each synesthetic artwork remains entirely unique and true to its moment of creation.

Terms & Conditions

All artwork and associated intellectual property, including prints, are the exclusive property of Natalie Rafeedie. Purchasing artwork from this website confirms that you have read and understood the product description prior to completing your purchase.

Please note that colors and details of artwork may vary depending on your screen settings. While every effort has been made to display each piece accurately, slight variations may occur. Additional photos or videos are available upon request prior to purchase.

Returns

All artwork sales are final. ​All sales of original artwork are final. Each painting is a one-of-a-kind, handmade acrylic work; minor variations or imperfections are inherent to the artistic process and do not affect quality.

Exceptions to the final sale policy are limited to damage incurred during shipping. If artwork arrives damaged, the Collector must notify the Artist within three (3) days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging. Refunds or replacements will be issued at the Artist’s discretion only after the artwork is returned in its original packaging. The Artist is not liable for loss or damage during transit.

Privacy

Natalie Rafeedie Art | NATTY.ART is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides the online infrastructure to sell and ship original acrylic paintings, art prints, and stickers. Your personal data may be stored through Wix.com’s secure servers, databases, and applications. Wix.com maintains industry-standard security measures, including firewalls, to protect your information.

All payment processing is handled through Wix.com’s direct payment gateways, which comply with PCI-DSS standards established by the PCI Security Standards Council (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). These standards ensure the secure handling of credit card information and protect your financial data during transactions.
