“Petals and Thorns”  synesthesia painting inspired by @giorgioaustin
 
Painting this song felt like tension folding into itself. Deep burgundy, crimson, and black radiate from a single compressed point, forcing everything outward in sharp, controlled lines. A curved gold form cuts through the center, not dividing but holding opposing movement in place.
 
The left side stays dense and restrained, lines tightening as they push but never fully release. The right side opens into softer plum and rose tones, stretching further but still tethered to that same origin. Everything expands, but nothing escapes.
 
It’s a painting driven by motion, yet anchored in one place where pressure builds, releases, and repeats.
